The $1,000 balance includes player insurance for the whole squad. Nothing else to pay.
How it works
Three steps, and
the hard one is done.
- Pay the deposit Team name, your name, email and phone at the checkout. It takes about two minutes and you get a receipt straight away.
- We register the team Your team goes into Rugby Xplorer at our end, so there is no approval queue to sit in and nothing for you to chase.
- Squad and balance Closer to the weekend you add your players and pay the $1,000 balance through Rugby Xplorer. That covers entry and insurance for the squad.

The $500 deposit is non-refundable. It secures one team entry to the Bondi 10s at Easts Rugby Club, O'Sullivan Road, Rose Bay, over October 3 to 4, 2026.
The balance of $1,000 per team is paid separately through Rugby Xplorer and includes player insurance for your squad. Total cost per team is $1,500.
Payments are processed by Stripe and receipted to the email address you give at checkout. The deposit covers the team, not individual players, and one deposit holds one place in the draw.
